The rules that govern your purchase and use of VisionQuantech digital products.

VisionQuantech ("we", "us", "our") is an AI research and automation studio based in Chennai, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all digital products sold through visionquantech.com and our authorized resellers, including Claude skills, AI prompt packs, workflow templates, and AI agent templates (collectively, the "Products").
Our Products are digital downloads: files, documents, prompt libraries, workflow JSON files, and template packages delivered electronically after purchase. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions on the product page (names, contents, file formats, and prices in USD) describe exactly what each Product includes.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our merchant of record. When you purchase a Product, Paddle handles the checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and tax/VAT collection. We never see or store your card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's checkout terms presented at the time of purchase.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use it, subject to these Terms:
You agree not to use the Products for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or deceptive content at scale, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or n8n) where the Products are used. Security-related Products (for example, our bug-bounty prevention skill) are provided strictly for defensive use: finding and fixing vulnerabilities in systems you own or are authorized to test.
All Products, including their text, structure, code, and design, remain the intellectual property of VisionQuantech. The license in Section 4 does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Digital Products are delivered electronically — typically by download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email to the address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your order ID.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: we offer a 7-day refund window for digital products. Contact [email protected] with your Paddle order ID to request one.
The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI outputs vary by model, prompt, and context; we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue, or business outcomes from using the Products. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionQuantech's total liability for any claim arising from a Product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
