1. Our commitment
VisionQuantech ("we", "us", "our"), based in Chennai, India, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit visionquantech.com or buy our digital products, how we use it, and how you can control it. We do not sell your personal data — ever.
2. Data we collect
- Contact information you provide: When you email us, book a call, or join a waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share (for example, your business details in a booking form).
- Purchase information: When you buy a digital product, our payment processor Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details to complete the transaction. Paddle shares your name, email, and order details with us so we can deliver your files and provide support. We never see, handle, or store your card numbers or bank details — those go only to Paddle and its payment partners.
- Usage data: Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, device type). We do not run invasive tracking or fingerprinting.
- Communications: If you contact us at [email protected], we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
3. How we use your data
- To deliver the digital products you purchased (download links sent to your email).
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails: order confirmations, download links, and refund notifications.
- To improve our website and products, using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
- To comply with legal obligations (for example, tax records for sales processed through Paddle).
We will only send you marketing emails if you explicitly opt in, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
4. What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
- We never store your payment card or bank account details.
- We never use your data for purposes unrelated to the reasons it was collected, without your consent.
5. Data sharing
We share data only where necessary to operate:
- Paddle — payment processing, invoicing, and tax handling for digital product sales. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, Cloudflare) that help us serve the website securely.
- Legal authorities — only if required by law or a valid legal order.
6. Data retention
We keep purchase records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years under Indian law). Support correspondence is kept for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8), subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, limited access to customer records, and no local storage of payment credentials. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:

- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
- Delete — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention duties).
